Welcome to Violet Cakes! Here, every bite tells a story of passion and creativity.
We handcraft artistic cakes using fresh, premium ingredients, baked from scratch in small batches.
To us, baking is an expression of love, and every cake is like a hug.
The name Violet Cakes was inspired by the vibrant Jacaranda trees in Brisbane, which brought relief and inspiration during a tough time in my life.

CROQUEMBOUCHES
Whether in a rich chocolate finish or the traditional caramel coating, the name originates from the French phrase "croque en bouche," signifying something that crunches in the mouth. A croquembouche is an elegant tower crafted from delicate profiteroles filled with luscious pastry cream.
HONEYCAKES
Inspired by Medovik, the classic honeycake from Eastern Europe, our Honeycakes feature delicate layers of honey-infused cake and velvety cream filling, creating the perfect balance of sweetness and tang. A modern twist on a timeless favourite, they’re rich yet light, and the kind of cake that wins over even the “I don’t like cake” crowd.

Hi, I’m Andressa, but you can call me Andie! My passion for baking began early on, inspired by my grandmother's kitchen. Despite initially studying Biology, my love for cooking led me to pursue a career as a Chef.
With a solid science background and extensive experience working with top chefs worldwide, I've honed my skills to create beautiful and delicious edible art.
I'm excited to bring this passion to your events, helping you create unforgettable memories with my sweet creations.

As each cake is made to order, we kindly require a minimum of 3 days’ notice.
